Lincoln Village home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Village rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 10.1% increase over the $109,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the fourth quarter of 2017.
