Briggsdale home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Briggsdale rose by $44,750 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,750 - a 42.6% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Briggsdale in the fourth quarter of 2017.
