Huber Ridge home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Huber Ridge rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 4.8% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2017.
