Canal Winchester home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Canal Winchester rose by $25,050 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $189,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Canal Winchester in the fourth quarter of 2017.
