Hilliard home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Hilliard fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 3% decrease over the $249,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Hilliard in the fourth quarter of 2017.
