Blacklick home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Blacklick rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 36.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,750 - a 9.5% increase over the $224,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Blacklick in the fourth quarter of 2017.
