Gahanna home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Gahanna rose by $42,550 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,550 - a 20.9% increase over the $204,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Gahanna in the fourth quarter of 2017.
