Worthington home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Worthington fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $273,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Worthington in the fourth quarter of 2017.
