Bexley home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Bexley fell by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $372,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Bexley in the fourth quarter of 2017.
