Upper Arlington home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Upper Arlington rose by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,000 - a 4% increase over the $366,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Upper Arlington in the fourth quarter of 2017.
