Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Blacklick Estates rose by $19,650 while total sales decreased by 34.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,650 - a 21.4% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the third quarter of 2017.
