Hamilton Meadows home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hamilton Meadows rose by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hamilton Meadows in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
