Gahanna home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Gahanna rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in Gahanna in the third quarter of 2017.
