Westerville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Westerville rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 11.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 107 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Westerville in the third quarter of 2017.
