Dublin home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Dublin fell by $4,250 while total sales increased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,750 - a 1% decrease over the $412,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Dublin in the third quarter of 2017.
