Briggsdale home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Briggsdale fell by $59,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,000 - a 60.5% decrease over the $98,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Briggsdale in the second quarter of 2017.
