Whitehall home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Whitehall fell by $11,000 while total sales increased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 12% decrease over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Whitehall in the second quarter of 2017.
