Briggsdale home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Briggsdale fell by $36,150 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 30.6% decrease over the $118,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Briggsdale in the second half of 2018.
