Valleyview home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Valleyview rose by $1,051 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,951 - a 1% increase over the $104,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Valleyview in the second quarter of 2017.
