Lincoln Village home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Village rose by $29,150 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,400 - a 31.9% increase over the $91,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second quarter of 2017.
