Lincoln Village home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lincoln Village rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 6% increase over the $124,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second half of 2018.
