Linworth home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Linworth fell by $145,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 43.9% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Linworth in the second half of 2018.
