Grove City home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Grove City rose by $20,100 while total sales increased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 252 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 235 homes sold in Grove City in the second half of 2018.
