Gahanna home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Gahanna rose by $27,750 while total sales decreased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $217,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Gahanna in the second quarter of 2017.
