Groveport home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Groveport rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Groveport in the second half of 2018.
