Blacklick home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Blacklick rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Blacklick in the second quarter of 2017.
