Bexley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Bexley rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Bexley in the second quarter of 2017.
