Grandview Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Grandview Heights rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 21.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,250 - a 6.6% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Grandview Heights in the second quarter of 2017.
