Dublin home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Dublin rose by $25,484 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,800 - a 6.9% increase over the $370,316 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Dublin in the second quarter of 2017.
