Hilliard home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hilliard rose by $21,400 while total sales decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,300 - a 8.3% increase over the $256,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 229 homes sold in Hilliard in the second half of 2018.
