New Albany home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in New Albany rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $489,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in New Albany in the second quarter of 2017.
