Columbus home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Columbus rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 2,049 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 32.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,556 homes sold in Columbus in the first quarter of 2017.
