Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Reynoldsburg rose by $11,750 while total sales increased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $124,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the first quarter of 2017.
