Columbus home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Columbus rose by $1,600 while total sales decreased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 4,333 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,600 - a 1.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,450 homes sold in Columbus in the first half of 2018.
