Lake Darby home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lake Darby rose by $5,750 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $164,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Lake Darby in the first half of 2018.
