Groveport home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Groveport rose by $24,900 while total sales increased by 56.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $162,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Groveport in the first half of 2018.
