Minerva Park home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Minerva Park fell by $40,100 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 16.7% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Minerva Park in the first half of 2018.
