Grove City home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Grove City rose by $24,334 while total sales decreased by 19.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 184 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 13.1% increase over the $185,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 228 homes sold in Grove City in the first half of 2018.
