Bexley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Bexley rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $295,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Bexley in the first quarter of 2017.
