Hilliard home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Hilliard rose by $15,950 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 164 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,950 - a 5.8% increase over the $274,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 227 homes sold in Hilliard in the first half of 2018.
