Darbydale home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Darbydale fell by $28,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $47,500 - a 37.5% decrease over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Darbydale in the fourth quarter of 2016.
