Linworth home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Linworth rose by $119,450 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $413,500 - a 40.6% increase over the $294,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Linworth in the first half of 2018.
