Reynoldsburg home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Reynoldsburg rose by $20,750 while total sales increased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,750 - a 16.6% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the fourth quarter of 2016.
