Whitehall home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Whitehall rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 31.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Whitehall in the second half of 2017.
