Blacklick Estates home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Blacklick Estates rose by $17,575 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,575 - a 18.7% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Blacklick Estates in the second half of 2017.
