Gahanna home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Gahanna rose by $14,000 while total sales increased by 18%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Gahanna in the fourth quarter of 2016.
