Lincoln Village home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lincoln Village rose by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,500 - a 16.1% increase over the $107,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Lincoln Village in the second half of 2017.
