Lockbourne home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lockbourne rose by $53,850 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,750 - a 59.9% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lockbourne in the second half of 2017.
