Hamilton Meadows home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hamilton Meadows rose by $26,950 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,950 - a 22.8% increase over the $118,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Hamilton Meadows in the second half of 2017.
