Columbus home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Columbus rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 4,482 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,736 homes sold in Columbus in the second half of 2017.
